Description:
Pipe welding manipulator include column.boom.guide seat.trolley.boom lifting mechanism.boom telescopic
mechanism.column rotating mechanism.trolley traveling mechanism.cross slider and welding head clamped
device.
R series worm gear reducer provide power for lifting mechanism,through a screw rod and a screw nut,to realize
the free lifting .Boom telescopic use handwheel+rack and pinion.Rotating use single row toothless slewing bearing,
easily realize manual rotating ,the trolley also with manual traveling,they both have the manual lock device for the
rotating and traveling,convenient operation.
