The pipe turning roll is used in 1+1 pipe growing line,working together with fit up rotator.

Anti drift structure is simple but high effictive with low cost, compare with sensor anti drift type.

Detail description:

1. Various models ranging from 5 tons to 500 ton capacity.
   
2. Higher models are custom built upon request.
   
3. Our set of pipe turning roll consists of 2 parts: a motorized drive (power) unit & an idler supporting unit.
   
4. The power unit is driven by a heavy duty AC motor.
   
5. It is designed according to internationally proven specifications to ensure constant speed with outer balance load of 15%.
   
6. The heavy duty tyres are designed to 90 durable hardness with high stress PU cushion mounts to absorb shock loads and prevent gear box damage.
   
7. The DC electronic function or inverter comes with a remote control panel / operator pendant with interlocking reversing systems operating at temperatures in excess of 60%.
   
8. Idler unit with anti drift fixture. The structure is simple but very effective.
