Gantry welding manipulator feature:

Manned gantry platform is equipped with welding machine kits for job automatic welding job.
The platform could be vertical adjustable so as to suitable for different diameter tube tower.

Description of gantry welding manipulator:

The frame structure of gantry consists of walking beam, column and upper platform. Gantry adopts square pine and channel steel structure, process stress relieving, with strong and stable structure.
Each of walking beams is driven by a motor reducer, forming a double-drive system, which makes the operation smooth and reliable.
The moving of gantry is frequency speed adjust controlled, the welding speed can be adjusted according to welding technology requirement.
Mainly used for offshore wind tower, monopile, offshore wind tower foundation, jacket and so on heavy type job automated welding.
According to the requirement, it can be adopted welding seam tracing and monitoring, welding flux recovery and feeding device.
